True honesty, even if the news about your favorite computer is, well, terminal. Also a willingness to explain and teach. Especially important for us technically challenged folks... On top of that, prices are quite reasonable. I recommend giving these folks a try!
Finally a computer care center that will listen to your needs and diligently work with you to diagnose a problem. I , myself , know my way around computers very well.. but I was at my last straw with my desktop PC freezing up while rendering long videos. I took it to Kevin at Highland Computers and he found that my dust screen was completely plugged with gunk. Silly me! I didnt know it existed! After cleaning that and going over some settings in the bios , I now have a system that gets the job done without freezing. It was wonderful dealing with Kevin and his wife and I'll be more than happy to recommend anyone to him if I can't figure it out myself! =D
