Worst salon experience EVER! The woman who did my pedi (Mai) was in a horrible mood. She took it out on my toe nails. No one really welcomed us tho we had made appts. I am sitting here weeks later in pain because she cut my nails too short and now have an ingrown nail; painful to walk on. People like this should not be allowed to use sharp instruments on anyone. Seriously, wish I could sue her!
Came in for a walk in and they were super busy but still saw me in less than 5 minutes! They did an amazing job! Came back later for my nails and they are gorgeous! They don't hurt you while doing them either! AMAZING service. Will be back and 100% recommend them.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star, but zero stars is not an option. No one should ever give their business to these people. After scheduling an appointment a month out, they were so busy at the time of my appointment that they told me that we would have to wait an hour. Why make an appointment? After the hour went by, they wanted me to wait another hour. We were not the only one having this problem. Another lady who had made an appointment waited for longer. All of this aside, their prices are higher than other places around this area who do a better job and aren’t as rough and inconsiderate. Myself and every one we know will definitely be making the drive to Batesville or Mountain Home. They are never apologetic and barely acknowledge your existence while you are there. Just because you are the only business of your type in a town doesn’t give you the right to treat people badly nor run that business poorly. This isn’t something l do normally, but I have lived all over this country and always have my nails done where we live and have never experienced such blatantly rude service and disregard. We will never go back to this place nor recommend it to any one. The people in this area deserve better. Just because you change your name doesn’t make the awful service you provide acceptable. It’s just sad and exactly why there aren’t more small businesses here and thriving. When you provide a service like this, customer relations are everything and how you make money. Personally I refuse to be treated poorly and to settle for awful products and services, so will gladly be taking my business elsewhere!
