If I could rate this company any lower I would. I had homeowners insurance with them and they gladly accepted my payments for 10 YEARS!!! My real estate agent managed the place for me because I was out of state. She hired a workman to winterize and he made a mistake. The place flooded and did $20,000 worth of damage. Shelter Insurance pulled a "clause" out of their ass and said because "he wasn't bonded" they denied my claim. I lost $30,000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF ARTISTS.
